With two machines already running and a third in the process of being added, we can claim to be ahead of competition. With this addition our capacity will increase to 600,000 square meters per month making us capable of catering to your requirements faster and with value added offerings like cold foiling, online UV lamination, printing on release paper/adhesive and promotional coupon labels. If your requirement is in a lesser quantity, we have a cost effective offline die punching option and 6 inspection slitter rewinders with online inkjet printing facility.
A self adhesive label's quality and performance are primarily dependent on the adhesive used. Unlike competitors who rely on external sources for their adhesive paper requirements, we have an in-house hot melt adhesive and water based adhesive coating machine. This ensures that there is no deviation from the high benchmark of quality that we have set for ourselves and an optimal adhesive in terms of tensile strength, quality and grammage is used to assure all season performance.
The trimming of jumbo-size label stock rolls into requisite sizes is achieved using 1m long slitter rewinder. We provide a high quality as well as a slitting machine with latest technologies embedded within the machines.
Variable size sheeter has the capacity of cutting jumbo sized label rolls into appropriate lengths as needed for offset printing. This allows you be more comfortable in cutting and also provides increased speed to complete the labels faster in appropraite manner.
Since quality is a continuous journey and not a destination, we use the latest and the best instruments to ensure that the quality of adhesive is not compromised at any stage. The steps in this procedure are rolling ball testing, tensile testing etc.
